1 Week until my next Half!!


I can't believe I have one more week until my half marathon on Havasu.


Here is the plan for the week:

Saturday: 5 miles outside

Sunday: off

Monday: cross train for 35 minutes

Tuesday: Run 2 miles easy

Wednesday: walk 45 minutes

Thursday: easy 2 miles

Friday: stretch (I am taking a flex day off from work)

Saturday: Race
